Vintage Tin Toy Kitchen Sink, Louis Marx Co w/plug &Orig inst., RARE, EX Shape!

This rare Marx & Co, Inc tin litho toy sink is in excellent shape for its 60+ years.  There's no rust or dents.  It includes the original sink plug and RARE original instructions.  The front "oven" door easily opens and closes. The age of the sink is evidenced in the instructions which list the address of the "World's Largest Manufacturer of Toys" with a postal zone 10, which was prior to Zip Codes. Zip Codes were introduced in 1963. Marx & Co was in business from 1919 to 1980. The paper instruction sheet is fragile with age. I have not seen a sink like this in this condition with original instructions on ebay. It makes a beautiful addition to a collection.
